This is the newest installment in the Holmes and Russell series, and I liked it a lot better than Justice Hall. The book is very evocative and while it focuses less on the mystery and deductive aspect of things (which is my sole complaint), there is a lot of interesting detail here that immerses you into the world. At times there are some really funny moments, as well as exciting events that make you wish your eyes could read even faster than they already are.

There is an excerpt included from the next book, and that one looks like it is going to be amazing.
