Note to FMcN – thanks for the nudge…
Wow…I totally didn’t mean to go so long without updating. I can’t believe it is the end of April already.
The term is wrapping up and I am about to switch over to being a technician pretty much full-time over the summer until August. I am looking forwards to the change, be nice to get the photographing and cataloguing done. I’ve been doing all sorts of cool things!
What’s happened since October?
1. Our union didn’t go on strike.
2. I dyed my hair dark brown, then red, and now am back to dark brown.
3. I got a haircut that was short layers but it has grown out pretty much by now.
4. My dad came back from Colombia for Christmas, and returned to Bogota in January.
5. Dad’s back now and coming to stay on Thursday, and he flies back on May 13th.
6. We got Rockband and play it quite often. It’s fun even though I am horrible at singing.
7. I got my first cold in about two years two weeks ago, and it was nasty, I lost my voice and everything.
8. We finished framing in the basement.
9. We have been in our new house for a year!
10. I actually finished an article based on my thesis that I am going to submit for publication.
I’m going to try and update a few times a week. Pictures when I find my camera.
